Rebecca McCuller, Directress. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree in Child Development and Education. She completed the Montessori Pre-Primary Teacher Certification program in 2000 and has her Directors Credential and an AS in Early Childhood Education. Prior to opening the school in June of 1999, Rebecca worked as the Director of The International Network For Children And Families and President of INCAF Publications, an International educational support group to parents and educators throughout thirteen countries. Rebecca is CPR/First Aid certified.

Tammy Parnell, Assistant Director. Tammy has been with our school since 2005. Prior to becoming the Assistant Director, Tammy worked in both the Infant/Toddler and Beginner's Classrooms. She has her CPR/First Aid Certification, Director's Credentials and National CDA.

Ms. Natacha, Infant/Toddler Teacher. Natacha is currently enrolled in college and has received a Certificate of Community Advocacy from the University of Florida. She is CPR/First Aid Certified and has been working with children as a volunteer as well as a teacher.

Ms. Luz, Infant/Toddler Teacher. Luz joined the Spencer House in the Spring of 2009 and has completed her 45 hour Teaching Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification. Ms. Luz is the grandmother of one of our VPK students

Ms. Elizabeth, Infant/Toddler Teacher. Elizabeth joined the Spencer House in October of 2009. She has worked in other area schools and homeschooled her 4 children. She has her 45 hour Teaching Certification and is CPR/First Aid certified.

Ms. Betty, Beginners Teacher. Betty joined us in December 2009. She has worked in both public and private schools since 2003. She has completed the 45 hour Teacher Certification course and is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Heidi, Beginners Teacher. Heidi has been a part of the school for three years as a parent. She joined us as a teacher in August of 2008. Heidi has completed the 45 hour Teacher Certification course and is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Betsy, Preprimary 2's Teacher. Betsy taught at the Spencer House from 2005 to 2007 before leaving to complete her education. She rejoined us in December 2009. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from St. Leo University with Reading and ESOL endorsments and has completed the 45 hour Teacher Certification course. Betsy is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Christina, Preprimary 2's Teacher. Christina joined the Spencer House in January of 2010 and is in the process of completing her 45 hour Teaching Certification. She is CPR/First Aid certified.

Ms. Angie, Preprimary 3's Teacher. Angie has more than 12 years of teaching experience. She has her National CDA Certificate and is CPR and First Aid Certified. She is Mom to three children. Her youngest child Jessie attends our Infant/Toddler program. Ms. Angie joined our teaching team in the Summer of 2008 and began working on her Montessori Certification in January 2009.

Ms. Roberta, VPK/Primary Teacher. Ms. Roberta has been with the Spencer House for over 5 years. Roberta is an AMS certified Montessori instructor for ages 3 to 6 with over 20 years of experience. Prior to coming to work with us during the 2004-2005 school year, Roberta spent 4 years at Martha Manson Academy as a preschool teacher and 8 years at Millhopper Montessori school, both in Gainesville. Roberta is CPR/First Aid certified.

Ms. Carol K, VPK Teacher. Ms. Carol is an AMS Montessori certified instructor with 24 years of teaching experience. Carol is CPR and First Aid certified. Ms. Carol joined us during the summer of 2009.

Ms. Carol G, VPK Teacher. Ms. Carol has taught at the Spencer House for 6 years. Carol has 20 years of teaching experience. She holds her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and is certified Kindergarten through Second grade. She has her 40 hour Teacher Certification through the State of Florida. Carol is CPR/First Aid certified. Carol completed her Montessori Teacher Certification Training in the Spring of 2009.

Ms. Donna, Afterschool Coordinator. Donna has 20 years of teaching experience both in the public school system and in private schools. Donna has her National CDA AS in Early Childhood Education and has completed her Montessori Certification Training.

Ms. Rachel, Infant/Toddler Teacher. Rachel has been working with our Infants and Toddlers since the Spring of 2008. She is currently CPK and First Aid Certified and has completed her Montessori teacher Certification Training.

Ms. Nancy, Afterschool Teacher. Nancy joined our school in August of 2007. She will graduate from Lake City Community College with an Associates in Elementary Education in Spring 2010. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Hannah, Afterschool Teacher. Hannah joined the Spencer House in February of 2010 and is in the process of completing her 45 hour Teaching Certification. She is CPR/First Aid certified.

Stacey Criccio, MS, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist. Stacey has her Masters Degree in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Each week she works with the children on activities to improve fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and general school/development skills.
